Candidates for Bernards Township Committee Face Off At Forum

October 25, 2018

A hotly contested race produced an unusually cordial candidates’ night as the four Township Committee hopefuls got together on stage at Ridge High School on Wednesday night, Oct. 24.

Despite some differences of opinion, Republicans John Surano and Joseph Esposito and Democrats Joan B. Harris and Robert Mascia proceeded without personal attacks or testy exchanges as they fielded 11 written questions before an audience of about 60 people.
