Like many residents, John Tompkins has a lot of questions when it comes to how the Township handles affordable housing. The biggest question? Why isn’t the Republican majority on the Township Committee more pro-active in planning ahead, with the goal of minimizing overdevelopment and serving the actual needs of our community? Each affordable housing round happens every 10 years.
